  159. The first is that an application you‚Äôre developing can ask VirusBlockade to scan any file, folder or disk and report back to you if any matches occur. This capability can be used under both System 6.x (6.0.2 and later) and System 7.x. This capability does NOT use AppleEvents.

  161. The second is that an application you‚Äôre developing can install its own callback procedure that is called whenever VirusDetective finds an infected file.
